Join our dynamic team of Residential Property Managers as an Assistant Property Manager. Assist in ensuring efficient operation and profitable performance of residential properties, including marketing, occupancy, collections, and resident relations.
Requirements
- Experience in customer service
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance, or ability to provide independent transportation
- Ability to quickly adapt and learn in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented, with ability to prioritize and juggle multiple job functions
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to learn all aspects of Residential Property Management
- Knowledge of general business and accounting concepts, proficient in math
