Requirements

• Provide knowledgeable, customer-focused support
• Accurately enter customer orders into the SOP system
• Retrieve products from the warehouse to fulfill customer orders
• Create, process, and track loan tickets as needed
• Identify, research, and resolve customer concerns
• Safely operate material-handling equipment
• Assist with light product repairs
• Support special projects and operational tasks
