The Museum Front Desk Associate is a part-time role that involves greeting visitors, answering questions, handling admissions and gift shop sales, and maintaining a clean and welcoming reception and retail space. Requirements

• Greet and assist museum guests in a professional, friendly, and engaging manner.
• Answer questions regarding museum exhibits, programs, and events.
• Handle admission sales, gift shop purchases both in store and online, and other transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming reception and retail space.
• Balance cash drawers and reconcile sales at the end of each shift.
• Provide general administrative support to museum staff as needed.
• Maintain regular, reliable, and punctual attendance.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
• Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and follow through on commitments.
