The successful candidate will have several years of experience in Office Management, Workplace Management, Employee Engagement, Event Management, or a similar role and be fluent in English and German.

- Exposure to or hands-on experience supporting Learning & Development or HR initiatives

- Strong organizational and coordination skills with a high attention to detail
- Hands-on, pragmatic, and solution-oriented approach
- Confident communicator with a warm, open, and service-minded attitude
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously
