Job Description
Spektrum is seeking a Joint Time Sensitive Targeting (JTST) Coordinator/Assistant to support the NATO Joint Warfare Centre (JWC) in Stavanger, Norway. The role involves generating targeting products, coordinating with RC/LOCON and TA targeting process, and providing feedback to improve NATO exercise processes.
Requirements
- National and/or NATO trained targeteer with 3 years of operational targeting experience
- National or NATO trained targeteer with Intel and ISR background
- Must be familiar with all-source intelligence reporting and NATO intel process and procedures
- Good knowledge of operational and tactical-level staff processes and campaign synchronization
- Good knowledge of JTS (Joint Targeting System), FAST (Flexible Advanced C2 Services for Time-Sensitive Targeting), JCHAT, NATO CDE (Collateral Damage Estimation) methodology and targeting doctrine
