Job Description
Spektrum is looking for a Service Delivery Manager to support key client projects, particularly for the NATO Communications and Information Agency (NCIA). Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
- 5 years post-related experience
- Proven experience as a Service Delivery Manager, IT Service Manager, or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of business application technologies, platforms, and IT service management best practices
