Job Description
Spektrum is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to support the NATO Communication and Information Agency (NCIA) in managing the Deployable CIS (DCIS) infrastructure and ensuring system readiness. The role involves managing the renewal of security accreditation, conducting risk assessments, and developing change management plans.
Requirements
- 5 years of post-related experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
- Proven experience as a Service Delivery Manager, IT Service Manager, or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of business application technologies, platforms, and IT service management best practices
- Proficiency in incident and problem management methodologies
- Experience in service level management and continuous service improvement
- Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks
- Proven experience in managing vendor relationships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
