Spektrum is seeking a Service Management Support professional to join their team in supporting the NATO Communications and Information Agency (NCIA) and its clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in ICT service management, customer support management, and project management.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience from Information and Communication Technology (ICT) service management to deliver IT services and Customer Support management.
- Higher Secondary education and completed higher vocational training leading to a formal technical or professional certification with 3 years function related experience, or a Secondary education and completed advanced vocational training leading to a professional qualification or professional accreditation with 5 years post related experience.
- Level 3 English language skills according to NATO STANAG 6001: Listening (3); Speaking (2); Reading (3); and Writing (2) or according to Common European Framework of Reference for Language level B2-C1/Upper Intermediate-Advanced level)
