Job Description
Spero Health is seeking an Addiction Medicine Physician or Nurse Practitioner to join their team in Chattanooga, TN. The role is PRN starting 2 days a week, Monday and Tuesday, and involves providing addiction medicine services to patients suffering from substance use disorder.
Requirements
- Provide initial evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing support for individuals with complex addiction and substance-related health conditions.
- Complete full and appropriate documentation to support professional billing for services.
- Work with an interdisciplinary team of professionals to administer the best care for patients who need both medical therapy and behavioral health services.
- Maintain required licensure, certifications, and CME credits.
