Job Description
The Registered Respiratory Therapist will operate various types of respiratory equipment and deliver physician-prescribed therapy. This role involves promoting quality respiratory care, performing pulmonary function tests (PFTs), electroencephalography (EEG), or electrocardiographs (ECGs), and responding to physician requests. The position requires a strong understanding of CPR and skilled communication with patients and families.
Requirements
- Sufficient experience to demonstrate ability to accept responsibility as a RRT
- Registered Respiratory Therapist credential with the National Board of Respiratory Care
- Current license with the State of Montana as a Respiratory Care Practitioner
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) required
- BLS required
- Maintain current CPR certification
