Job Description
Sphera is seeking a Corporate Counsel to play a key role in its continuing growth and success, by serving as a valued partner to company leaders in the Sales and other business teams, and in establishing and maintaining strong and profitable client relationships.
Requirements
- Partner with senior legal team members to support the commercial needs of Sphera’s fast-growing global operations
- Provide counsel to members of HR, Finance, IT, Services, Product or Marketing teams on legal matters
- Review and prepare complex commercial agreements
- Manage contract managers or paralegals
- Ensure that day-to-day work aligns with company and team policies
