Corporate Counsel

May Mobility is hiring a Corporate Counsel to support their Legal team and serve as a trusted business partner across the organization. The ideal candidate has subject matter expertise in regulatory affairs, safety and product liability, data privacy, intellectual property, or employment law. They will negotiate and manage supplier and commercial agreements, help build and maintain compliance programs, review press releases and marketing blogs, and provide practical legal guidance on a range of issues.

Requirements

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and supplier agreements
• Design, implement, and maintain compliance programs and policies
• Provide day-to-day legal counsel to cross-functional teams
• Advise on regulatory matters related to autonomous vehicle testing and commercialization
• Monitor and analyze evolving laws and regulations affecting autonomous vehicles and transportation
• Develop and deliver training programs on legal compliance and contracting best practices
