The position involves developing a robust and practice-oriented concept for automated CO2 accounting in a medium-sized industrial company, with a focus on transparent and comprehensible presentation of relationships between company data and CO2 emissions.

Requirements

• Study with focus on Business Information Systems/ Data science / Data analytics / Statistics / Mechanical engineering / Industrial engineering or similar
• Fundamentals of data modeling/information structuring
• Interest in sustainability, ESG topics, and CO2 accounting
• Basic knowledge of data analysis and programming (Excel VBA, Python, R, or comparable tools)
• Strong technical and business-oriented understanding
• Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
• Strong analytical skills and solution-oriented mindset
• Independence and proactivity
• Ability to quickly understand complex topics
• Good knowledge of English
