HDD Driller (Manager)

We are seeking an experienced HDD Driller (Manager) to lead and execute directional drilling operations and safely deliver bore construction in line with project requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in HDD operations
• Proven experience in longreach HDD, including planning, design interface, drilling operations, contractor management, and risk control across diverse geotechnical environments
• Well-developed geotechnical skills across soft soils, hard rock, transitional strata and variable ground behaviour
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a crew
• Excellent knowledge of HDD equipment, tools and techniques, and relevant safety standards and regulations
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and other technical documents
• A proactive safety mindset and commitment to quality and environmental compliance
• Familiarity with planning tools/software (e.g., Microsoft Project) is beneficial
