Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to manage costs relating to construction projects, including estimating, cost control, and contract administration. The role requires strong commercial capability, a high attention to detail, and the confidence to work with multiple stakeholders across projects and tenders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or similar.
• 5+ years' experience in QS/estimating and/or project management (delivery and/or pre-contracts).
• Highly analytical and numerate, with strong attention to detail and accountability.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on accurate, timely reporting.
• Solid understanding of construction contracts/legal requirements, with financial, negotiation and change management capability.
• Advanced MS Excel skills and exposure to Sage X3 ERP (or similar).
• Experience in construction/engineering/manufacturing environments (highly regarded).
• Willing to work away on remote projects, including FIFO and extended rotations as required.
