We are looking for an Agile Coach to help our clients implement the Scrum framework or other Agile frameworks in practice. As a trusted advisor, you will facilitate and help multiple teams and entire organizations to take the first or next steps in their Agile transformation.
Requirements
- Agile experience (Scrum framework or other Agile frameworks)
- Expertise in facilitating and coaching teams and organizations
- Ability to advise and challenge on a management level
- Training and teaching experience in Agile methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
