We are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant / Recruitment Lead to join our team in The Hague. As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for leading the recruitment team, developing and improving the recruitment process, and providing a five-star candidate experience. Our client is a young and ambitious recruitment agency with an FD Gazelle award on their belt and an experienced investor who is confident that your business will grow big.
Requirements
- degree from HBO or WO work and thinking level
- at least two years of experience as a Recruiter or Recruitment Consultant
- native Dutch language skills
