Spin Master is seeking an Administrator, Accounts Payable to support the day-to-day operations of the Accounts Payable function, handling payment function for North America, reconciling vendor accounts, maintaining AP reports, and assisting with the administration of key AP sub-systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an Accounts Payable or a related Finance role.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP ERP system
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, basic data analysis).
- Solid understanding of AP processes including invoice processing, payment runs, and vendor reconciliations.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
