Sr. Administrator, Accounts Payable

The Sr. Administrator, Accounts Payable will support the day-to-day operations of the Accounts Payable function, handle payment function for North America, reconcile vendor accounts, maintain AP reports, and assist with administration of key AP sub-systems.

Requirements

• Review invoices and payment requisitions for approval
• Post invoices accurately and in a timely manner
• Manage weekly payment runs and ensure timely payment processing
• Prepare monthly KPI dashboarding and reports
• Perform vendor account reconciliations and follow up on discrepancies
• Support corporate credit card program administration
• Maintain process documentation and SOPs
