Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our team at Spin Master. As a customer service officer, you will be responsible for managing accounts and relationships for multiple clients, handling customer orders, and providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Experience in managing accounts and relationships for multiple clients
- Excellent command of written and spoken English & Chinese/Mandarin
- Effective presentation and communication skills
- Self-motivated, independent, good interpersonal skill and service-oriented
- Good computer knowledge; experience in SAP R/3 system or ERP system preferred
