Customer Service Officer

Join Spin Master, a leading global children's toy, entertainment and digital gaming company, as a Customer Service Officer. Handle a range of program management services for customers, oversee direct import or intracompany order fulfillment, and communicate with buyers and sales managers. Collaborate with internal departments to solve problems and maintain relationships with existing customers.

Requirements

• University graduate preferred
• 3-5 years' relevant work experience in Hard Toys of Trading/Buying Office or EMS/FMCG industry
• Familiar with Microsoft Office operation
• Good computer knowledge, experience in SAP R/3 system is preferred
• Excellent command of written and spoken English & Chinese/Mandarin
• Effective presentation, communication, persuasion skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, has team-work spirit
• Good analytical skill
