Job Description
Spin Master is looking for an HR Generalist to join their team in Bratislava. The successful candidate will handle HR operations, manage HR data, and support employees in their entire journey with the company. The role requires a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, with a minimum of two years' experience in a similar role. Fluency in English is essential.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Minimum of two years' experience in a similar role
- Fluency in English
- Hands-on experience with HRIS systems (Workday strongly preferred)
- High proficiency in MS Office
- Proficiency in SAP is an asset
