Key Account Manager

We're looking for a Key Account Manager to maximize opportunities, manage risk, deliver on profitability goals, develop effective long-term business relationships, and exceed customer expectations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the CPG or Toy industry, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. The candidate should be fluent in English and German and have excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar role in the CPG or Toy industry preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related area – Knowledge in the Toy Market
• Demonstrated success managing a business portfolio with a national retailer
• Retail Experience either at store level or retail planning experience an asset
• Customer driven approach and a “go-getter” attitude
• Strong communication skills and ability to build and maintain relationships, both externally and internally
• Proficiency in MS Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), SAP, Salesforce an asset
• Demonstrated organization, planning and communication skills
• Goal oriented to achieve targets through self-motivation, persistence & determination
• Ability to create and maintain business presentations, Excel files, read POS reports
• Ability to travel + full clean driving license
• Fluent in English and German
