Director, People Operations

SPINS is seeking a Director of People Operations to lead the company's core people systems and employee lifecycle processes. The role will oversee a team of 500+ employees across the US, Europe, LATAM, and APAC, and will be responsible for ensuring people systems operate smoothly, modernizing workflows, and embedding automation and AI-enabled tools.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in People Operations or People Ops leadership roles
• Demonstrated hands-on experience leading a small People Operations team in high ambiguity organizations with 500+ employees
• Strong experience navigating employee relations issues and workplace investigations
• Expertise with HRIS platforms such as Paylocity, Deel, or comparable systems
• PHR or SPHR certification
