Job Description
The Spira Care EHR Training & Optimization Lead plays a critical role in ensuring that the Spira Care electronic health record (EHR) system, Athenahealth, and other digital tools are effectively integrated into care center workflows and are confidently used by staff.
Requirements
- Develop and deliver role-specific training programs
- Conduct training for new hires
- Provide refresher training
- Work with Care Center leadership to evaluate workflows
- Support implementation of new health technology projects
- Perform as a liaison between care center staff and technical teams
- Troubleshoot minor issues while escalating technical ones to the EHR analytics team as needed
- Deliver training and ongoing education to Care Center staff
- Drive continuous improvement through proactive gathering feedback from staff
