Care Guide Advocate
High school diploma, 2-3 years in customer service, strong computer skills, and experience with Electronic Medical Record systems
Behavioral Health Consultant
Master's degree, 5 years' experience, and respective licensure are required
Registered Nurse (RN)
RN with Associate or Bachelor's degree, active RN licensure in Kansas or Missouri, BLS certification, and intermediate knowledge/experience with common diagnoses in primary care
EHR Training and Optimization Lead
Requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in healthcare delivery, with a focus on EHR systems and workflows
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Diploma in Nursing, Valid and active LPN license, BLS certification, and intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications
Physician
Must have MD. or D.O. degree, complete primary care residency program, active board certification, and meet specific vaccination requirements
Registered Nurse (RN) - $7,500 Sign on Bonus
Nursing degree, valid RN license, BLS certification, intermediate knowledge/experience with common diagnoses
Medical Assistant, Float - $3,000 Sign on Bonus
Medical Assistant certification, BLS certification, reliable transportation
Physician
MD. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical school, Successful completion of credentialed primary care residency program, Active board certification in primary care specialty
Manager, Spira Care Technology Services
5-7 years of progressive IT experience, with at least 2 years managing clinical or healthcare systems, and 3-5 years of management experience
