Requirements

• Diploma in Nursing
• Valid and active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Kansas and Missouri or multi-state compact license
• BLS certification from American Red Cross or American Heart Association
• Intermediate knowledge/experience with common diagnoses typically seen in primary care
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications
• Ability to work with a variety of member tools/applications used to access and document health information and support member interactions through various communication channels
• Spira Care has specific vaccination requirements as a condition of employment
• Ability to maintain licensures and certifications throughout employment
