Kitchen Supervisor

We're a boutique hotel along Highway 1, near beaches and downtown Santa Barbara. We offer a comprehensive full-time benefits package, and the role will provide leadership to the Food & Beverage – Culinary team.

Requirements

• High school diploma or its equivalent
• Completion of Culinary or Apprenticeship Program preferred
• Minimum of 2 year cook experience in hotel
• Minimum of 2year cook experience in a similar role, size of operation required
• Managers Food Handlers Certification required
• Alcohol Beverage Servers Certification required
• OSHA certification or equivalent knowledge of OSHA regulations
