Job Description
Spire Orthopedic Partners is a growing national partnership of orthopedic practices that provides support and resources to physicians to grow thriving practices. The Revenue Cycle Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operational performance of assigned revenue cycle functions, including claims processing and denial management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work-related experience
- 5+ years of progressive revenue cycle experience
- 2+ years of supervisory experience
- Demonstrated experience managing outsourced RCM vendors
- Strong understanding of payer reimbursement and denial management
