Sterile Processing Technician

Spire Orthopedic Partners is a growing national partnership of orthopedic practices that provides support and resources for physicians to grow thriving practices. As a Sterile Processing Technician, you will be responsible for the day-to-day activities in Sterile Central, including decontamination, assembly of kits, and sterilization processes.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a Central Services Technician program preferred
• Two or more years of related experience
• Working knowledge of modern operating room techniques and methods
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain enthusiasm and multitask
• Ability to prioritize and adapt to a high-volume environment
• Organized and reliable
• Patient and professional
• Ability to work effectively with a diverse population
