Job Description
Splintek, a Lenexa-based manufacturer, is seeking a Production Manager to oversee staff, equipment, and tasks for the production process. The role involves ensuring products are manufactured correctly and efficiently, on-time, and in accordance with quality standards. This position requires a strong understanding of production control and adherence to GMP and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Coordinate with executive management
- Plan, schedule, and review workloads
- Train Injection Mold Machine Operators
- Ensure all production requirements are met
- Take responsibility for process control
- Maintain production log sheets and quality audits
- Inspect samples of finished products
- Coordinate with various departments
- Adhere to GMP and Quality Assurance standards
- Train employees on Safety, Lean, and Six Sigma initiatives
- Assist with audits
