Benefits Analyst (with RFP Management experience) | Work from Home

We are looking for a Benefits Data Analyst to join our team full-time. As a Benefits Analyst, you will work directly with clients and insurance carriers to collect essential information, create cost analysis presentations, and manage RFPs. We value collaboration, mentorship, and growth.

Requirements

• Experience in employee benefits or a related field
• Great written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented and organized with ability to prioritize tasks
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• NY State Health, Life & Accident License (or willingness to obtain)
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
