Job Description
We are seeking a Benefits Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in employee benefits or a related field, excellent communication skills, and be detail-oriented. The role involves working with clients and insurance carriers, creating cost analysis presentations, and managing the RFP process.
Requirements
- Experience in employee benefits or a related field
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- NY State Health, Life & Accident License is a plus
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
