Requirements
- Process and submit claims for ABA providers
- Monitor claim statuses and remittances
- Investigate and resolve claim denials, corrections, and appeals with insurers
- Manage patient responsibility invoices
- Review and analyze Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) and post manual payments as needed
