Job Description
We are looking for a dependable, tech-savvy finance operations professional who can work independently, follow detailed procedures, and maintain a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Strong Excel proficiency
- Experience with VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, conditional formulas, filters, sorting, and data validation
- Solid understanding of accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
- Experience with billing, payment tracking, reconciliation, or finance operations
- Highly detail-oriented with strong accuracy and follow-through
- Comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets, reports, and financial data
- Able to research discrepancies and identify when something does not reconcile
- Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new platforms, portals, and internal systems
- Strong written communication skills for professional client email responses
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
- Comfortable performing repetitive, detail-focused tasks while meeting deadlines
- Ability to work from a quiet, private home office without distractions
