Laminar is looking for a Finance Operations & Controls Specialist to help build the operational backbone of a company that is scaling fast, globally, and with high standards. The role involves owning core finance operations, strengthening controls and accuracy, improving systems and workflows, and collaborating across the business to ensure smooth coordination and clear communication.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in finance operations, accounting, payroll, treasury, payments, or similar operational finance roles
• Strong Excel skills and solid Power Query experience
• Experience working with reconciliations, financial data, and operational controls
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies quickly
• Comfortable taking ownership and operating autonomously
• Clear communication skills in English
• Process-improvement mindset — you naturally look for better ways of working
• Comfortable using AI/tools to improve efficiency and solve problems
