Job Description
We're looking for an HR Business Partner to join the Spoke team embedded within one of our largest Health Tech clients. This is a people-first, execution-focused role. You'll own the HR infrastructure, compliance, and employee relations, making sure the people side of the business runs smoothly.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of HR experience, ideally supporting a U.S.based high-growth startup environment
- Strong working knowledge of Philippine labor law, HR best practices, and employee relations
- Experience handling disciplinary processes, notices to explain, and formal HR proceedings
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and making sound calls without a complete playbook
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Open to shift flexibility based on operational needs
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
