Salesforce Consultant | Work from Home

We're a fast-growing healthtech company building practice management software for behavioral health providers across the US and Australia. We're looking for a Technical Support Consultant to work primarily through our Zendesk portal, building deep product knowledge and developing an understanding of the ABA and behavioral health space.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce configuration and/or development experience
• 1+ year working with Salesforce peripheral tools - document tech, SMS platforms, or iPaaS tools
• Strong written English
• Strong spoken English
• Experience in or genuine enthusiasm for the medical or therapy space
• Familiarity with ABA billing and insurance/payer workflows
