Technical Support Consultant | Healthcare (Work from Home)

We're a fast-growing healthtech company building practice management software for behavioral health providers across the US and Australia. As a Technical Support Consultant, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, helping them navigate the platform and troubleshoot issues.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce configuration and/or development experience
• 1+ year working with Salesforce peripheral tools
• Strong written and spoken English
• Experience in or genuine enthusiasm for the medical or therapy space
• Familiarity with ABA billing and insurance/payer workflows
• A natural problem-solver who thinks about both the client's need and the scalability of the solution
