Job Description
This Regional Coach role focuses on developing Area Coaches and Store Managers in the GA, AL, MS, LA, and TX markets. The role supports growth and success within Sport Clips systems, contributing to team performance and profitability. The Regional Coach will develop, mentor, and lead teams focused on sales, coaching, and operational excellence, promoting brand awareness and adherence to Sport Clips standards.
Requirements
- Successful as an Area Coach for at least 2 plus years.
- Excellent Operations skills, performance of Area Coach responsibilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team leadership and mentorship skills.
- Travel requirements including days, nights, and weekends.
