Job Description
The Regional Coach role is designed to develop Area Coaches and Store Managers in the Sport Clips system. This involves coaching, training, and providing mentorship, contributing to the growth and profitability of the franchisees. The position requires a commitment to team leadership and business acumen development. The role supports both stores in Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Texas and multiple other states.
Requirements
- Develop Coaches in technical and operations skills
- Maintain visibility in the market by visiting Stores
- Drive same Store sales growth
- Develop and execute store improvement plans
- Participate in Coach Call and mentoring
- Ensure staff professional
- Support and align with company focus
- Conduct internal communications
- Drive Team activities
