Job Description
We’re looking for a Technology Support Technician who thrives on solving problems, helping people, and keeping systems running smoothly. This role is based in Georgetown, TX and you MUST be able to work onsite a minimum of 4 days a week.
Requirements
- 1+ years of IT support experience or equivalent (Degree, A+, or hands-on experience)
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networking
- Experience with Windows, macOS, and Microsoft 365
- Knowledge of networking basics (VPN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, firewalls)
- Familiarity with POS systems and retail tech environments
- Experience with ticketing systems like Jira
