SPORTIME has been operating the finest tennis and sports facilities in New York State since 1994. The company offers 194 indoor and outdoor tennis courts, 70 pickleball courts, and more at 18 facility locations across Long Island, NYC, Westchester, the NY Capital Region, and New Jersey.

Requirements

• Establish and maintain 5 star rapport with members and guests
• Competency in all functions of APTUS
• Telephone message competence
• Responsible to make certain closing procedures are followed each night
• Towel supply laundered, dried, replenished and monitored
• Maintain neat and well-stocked work area
• Assist with courtesy calls and balance due
• Answers incoming telephone calls and transfer them to the appropriate party
• Schedule court reservations, private lessons
• Develop and maintain cooperative work relationships with others
• Complete daily reports and any special projects as assigned
