Front Desk Attendant

SPORTIME has been operating tennis and sports facilities in New York State since 1994. The company currently has 20 club locations, offering tennis, pickleball, and other sports facilities. As a Front Desk Attendant, you will be responsible for overseeing the front desk, assisting members, and ensuring a 5-star member experience.

Requirements

• High school Diploma or equivalent
• Demonstrated knowledge of SPORTIME programs, services, policies, and procedures
• Excellent guest service skills
• Solid computer skills (Microsoft applications)
• Ability to listen to and understand information
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to multi-task
