Senior Software Engineer (Sports Media)

Requirements

• Design, build, test, and deploy cloud-native, high-scale systems used by enterprise customers and broadcasters worldwide.
• Work on a cross-functional product team alongside Product, Engineering, and Design to deliver impactful features and reliable systems.
• Collaborate with internal and external engineering groups to design well-architected services with clear boundaries and strong alignment.
• Champion best practices that improve the speed, scalability, security, and maintainability of our applications.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure high code quality and knowledge sharing.
• Mentor less-experienced engineers and foster a supportive, collaborative engineering culture.
• Contribute to an environment where AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor AI, etc.) are an integral part of our workflow.
• Serve as a trusted technical leader within the team, promoting engineering excellence and a strong DevOps mindset.
