Requirements
- 12+ years professional software engineering experience
- Deep expertise in systems architecture, distributed systems design, and cloud-native platforms
- Demonstrated ability to deliver and lead multi-team, multi-quarter initiatives
- Strong technical judgment and the ability to make high-impact architectural decisions
- Proven track record influencing at organization-level, not just team-level
- High proficiency in modern backend engineering (JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js) and familiarity with our broader stack
- Excellent communication skills, able to engage senior leadership and cross-functional partners
- Experience mentoring engineers and shaping engineering culture
