Job Description
The Facilities Manager is responsible for overseeing capital, maintenance, and facility life cycle management activities for various Authority properties. This includes working with operators to assure compliance with tenant agreements, planning and managing capital projects, reviewing expenses, and developing policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in engineering or related field
- 7 years of facility and asset management experience and project management experience
- Advanced computer skills and knowledge of standard software applications such as Microsoft Office
- Ability to read/interpret drawings and specifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and budget management skills
- Highly organized and detail oriented
