Job Description
The Field Operations Specialist will ensure a world-class experience for customers and operators by processing feedback, analyzing data, and implementing solutions. They will work closely with Customer Service and Revenue teams to optimize field operations and drive growth on both sides of the marketplace.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent with 1-3 years experience in customer/client facing positions or support/account management/operations experience
- Proven ability to problem solve in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
- Valid driver's license and access to vehicle
- Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently both verbally and in writing
- Ability to work independently and be a team player
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
