The Platform team creates the technology that enables Spotify to learn quickly and scale easily, enabling rapid growth in our users and our business around the globe. The Head of Backstage Marketing leads marketing for Shipping Our Expertise (SOE), Spotify’s B2B SaaS business built on our platform capabilities, while also shaping the broader Spotify R&D brand.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, growth marketing, or product marketing
- 5+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing teams
- Experience marketing developer tools, infrastructure platforms, or technical SaaS products
- Experience leading digital performance marketing, paid acquisition, and growth funnel optimization
