The Head of Backstage Marketing will lead the marketing strategy for Spotify's B2B SaaS business, including growth, brand, and product marketing.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, growth marketing, or product marketing
- 5+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing teams
- Experience marketing developer tools, infrastructure platforms, or technical SaaS products
- Experience leading digital performance marketing, paid acquisition, and growth funnel optimization
- Ability to work with data, build forecasts, and use dashboards to guide decisions
